By creating an account or buying a subscription you accept these terms. Please read them before you pay.

1. Account

  • An account is created with a mobile number and password and belongs to one person.
  • An individual licence is for one user on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
  • Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Subscriptions and payment

  • Prices are in Toman and shown on the site before payment; the amount on the payment page is final.
  • Online payment is made through a Shaparak-licensed bank gateway; PharmaVault never receives or stores card details.
  • Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, for the period bought (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The start and end dates are shown in your account.
  • Renewal adds the new period to the current end date.
  • Team / Organisation subscriptions cover at least six users; the account owner assigns them by mobile number. Companies may pay against a pro-forma invoice.

3. Refunds

  • Within 3 days of purchase, if the subscribed sections have not been used, the full amount is refunded on request.
  • If a payment was taken but the subscription did not open, contact us with the payment reference; it is activated or refunded.
  • Failed bank payments are returned to the card by the bank, normally within 72 hours.

4. Permitted use

  • Content is for the subscriber's own professional and educational use.
  • Copying, republishing, selling or automatically extracting the databases, or sharing an account, is not permitted and ends the subscription without refund.

5. Nature of the information

PharmaVault is a working reference that shortens the search. Specifications, limits and registration requirements must always be confirmed against the current official pharmacopoeia, guideline or authority before use in production, release or a regulatory submission. Supplier details are published as found in the cited sources; PharmaVault is not a party to any purchase between users and suppliers.

6. Changes

These terms and the prices may change; changes apply to purchases made after they are published and do not affect a subscription already paid for.
